Improved API Validations for Default Payment Method Handling in Checkout V2

In Checkout (V2) UI, validations ensure that a default payment method is set. Based on these validations, the Billing section is either displayed or hidden. There are some additional validations that we have identified and these have been added to the API layer in this release to ensure consistency.

Feature enablement

This feature is enabled by default and is available for everyone.

Setting enablement

This feature is not enabled by default. Contact your AppDirect technical representative to request it.
